私は、物事を動かすための少額の歳出法案には賛成だが、常識的に考えて、休暇中に必要な最小限の金額であるべきだ。

保証して良いのは、その法案に投票する人で全文を読んだ人は誰一人いないということだ。この基本的なことを要件に追加すれば、法律は国民に有利になるよう劇的に改善されるだろう。

Guaranteed, not one person voting for it has read the whole thing. If we added that basic requirement, legislation would improve dramatically in favor of the people.
